Open house and tours begin on Saturday, Oct. 20, at 9:00 a.m. and close at 6:00 p.m. On Sunday, Oct. 21 campus will open at 9:00 a.m. and close at 4:00 p.m.
The fiber artists are exhibiting works primarily in the Rio Grande traditional styles of Hispanic and Native American weavers, full of color and intricate designs.
Also on display are an assortment of richly textured rag rugs and unusual mixed fiber and natural material wall hangings.
All fiber arts pieces will be displayed in the Fiber Arts studio where weaving demonstrations will be ongoing throughout tour hours.

The craftsmen and women of the Spanish ColonialFurniture program at the Northern New Mexico College have put together a display of assorted pieces of furniture:
- tables, chairs, trasteros, chests, desks, as well as mirrors, small boxes, and carved crosses
- all illustrating the exacting technical workmanship and wood carving skills that have been passed from generation to generation of northern New Mexico artisans.
Their work will be shown in the
Campus Gallery.
