Open house and tours begin on Saturday, Oct. 20, at 9:00 a.m. and close at 6:00 p.m. On Sunday, Oct. 21 campus will open at 9:00 a.m. and close at 4:00 p.m.

The craftsmen and women of the Spanish ColonialFurniture program at the Northern New Mexico College have put together a display of assorted pieces of furniture:

  • tables, chairs, trasteros, chests, desks, as well as mirrors, small boxes, and carved crosses
  • all illustrating the exacting technical workmanship and wood carving skills that have been passed from generation to generation of northern New Mexico artisans.
